Conditions of Purchase

Please note that the purchase of all our products (collectively referred to as "the Merchandise Products") are subject to the following terms and conditions.

By effecting an order of the Merchandise Products through these Sites, you expressly agree to be bound by terms and conditions herein.

1. CHANGES TO PRICES

The prices quoted in respect of the Merchandise Products are subject to change without notice.

2. REMOVAL OF MERCHANDISE PRODUCTS

Yayasan Sabah reserves the right at any time and from time to time to remove, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Merchandise Products (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Yayasan Sabah shall not be liable to you or to any third party in any way for any modification suspension or discontinuance of the Merchandise Products.

3. DUTY OR CUSTOMS FEES

As for International Shipping, you may be subjected to paying customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which your order is shipped. Yayasan Sabah has no control and is not responsible for all these charges because customs policies vary widely from country to country. You are responsible to contact your local customs office for more information about import laws and regulations of your country. All shipments from us are not inclusive of customs duties or taxes for your respective country.

4. REFUND POLICY

Yayasan Sabah offers no refund on shipments that have been verified and accepted in good condition by you.

Therefore, you are responsible to inspect your order carefully when receiving your packages from DHL or relevant courier or your local postal services. If you notice an error or damage in your shipment, please e-mail us at info@maliaubasin.org because all DHL shipments are automatically insured and we will solve your problem in conjunction with DHL or relevant courier service.

5. VALIDITY OF CREDIT CARD

Submission of an order/purchase or an order/purchase request by you shall be deemed to be IRREVOCABLE AUTHORISATION by you to Yayasan Sabah and/or its assigns to check the validity of the credit card details submitted and the outstanding credit limit through whatever means.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Yayasan Sabah shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of changes to the prices in respect of the Merchandise Product due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.
