Conditions Of Entry (Danum Valley)
Danum Valley Conservation Area is a Class 1
(Protection) Forest Reserve, under the Sabah Forestry
Enactment 1968.
Please remember:

No taking, cutting or damaging of plant
or animal material, whether alive or dead, including
flowers, leaves, roots, branches, seeds, fruits, feathers,
nests, fungi or any wood, stones or rocks.

No writing on trees or rocks with pens or
paint or carving with knives/parangs.

No dropping of litter, including
cigarette butts. All rubbish should be brought out if
possible, or disposed of using the facilities provided at Danum Valley
Field Centre.

That visitors are not allowed to
carryout any forms of research without approval from the Danum Valley Management Committee (DVMC)
Visitors' bags will be checked on depature
from DVFC if necessary.
